Pine Ridge Swim Club is a member-owned facility where members serve as owners and voting participants. There is currently no wait-list for new members.
Membership Types and Annual Fees (2025):
- Single: $485/yr (Seniors 65+: $460/yr)
- Couples: $540/yr (Seniors 65+: $515/yr)
- Families: $725/yr (Up to 6 people; $50 for each additional person)
Bond Fee: New members must pay a one-time Bond Fee of $380. This bond represents ownership and is reimbursable upon the future sale of the membership. Payment options include paying in full within 15 days or four equal installments with a $5 processing fee per payment.
How to Join: Prospective members can apply via the “Join Now” link which directs to the Access Granted Systems portal. Referrals by current members grant the referring member 10 free guest passes.
